This project was to design a conceptual bike share app that explored themes of mobility, connection, and accessibility within urban environments. I focused on how the design could make shared transportation feel more approachable, efficient, and sustainable. Early sketches played with forms derived from bike mechanics, like sprockets and chains, which later evolved into the logo concept — a stylized bike chain link that doubles as a universal share icon, symbolizing both movement and collaboration.

The style of Pedalen sits at the intersection of modern minimalism and friendly functionality. The clean type and icon system give it a tech-forward feel, while the soft color palette and rounded edges maintain approachability and warmth.
